What is the program…
This is a monthly program whereby each month we obtain the names and addresses of every new homeowner, then mail your specially designed and written JobSite New Mover Mailer to these new homeowners. It’s that simple.
We only offer this program to one contractor per zip code. By signing up you not only get the program, but you lock your competitors out of the program as well.
And, the best part? After the first month set-up, it is an automatic program, that will require ZERO effort on your part. The second Friday of each month your mailer goes out to the previous months’ movers.
How does it work?
• We will work with you to develop a mailer for this market. As with our regular
JobSite program, we have a couple of word formats for you to use and edit.
• You provide us with a list of zip codes you would like to mail to.
• We then order the list for those zip codes and mail your mailer via first-class mail.
Should I mail more than once to the same address?
Research shows that results increase greatly with multiple mailings. We can also set up your program so that you can automatically do two or three mailings to each new homebuyer with a different letter for each mailing. This will increase your chance of getting to the homeowner within that critical 6-month period.
How much does it cost?
There is a $49 program set-up fee.
Each month, you will be billed based on the number of new movers in your zip codes:
• 1 – 200 new movers - $1.65 each – ($98 minimum charge)
• 201 – 500 new movers - $1.29 each
• 501 + new movers - $1.15 each
Multiple mailings to the same address are priced at 10% off the above rates for the second mailing and 15% off for the third.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. Because we only offer this service to one contractor per zip code, we do require a one-year commitment from you.
