How does the Program work?
- We create a very personal, friendly letter containing your message and your offer. You just answer a few questions and we do all the work.
- You then simply login, enter the jobsite address you wish to promote, select the number of mailers to send and the program to use.
- Our software gathers the nearest addresses, personalizes your mailers and sends them out.

What is the product?
A personalized letter that contains your company’s information and special message. You choose from our selection of contractor-themed paper stock designs. We then personalize the letters, fold them, apply a gold- or silver-foil “Reply Requested” sticker to the mailer and mail them out on your behalf. These unique designs and format really stand out in the mail box...and generate a great response!
What it is not…
- Our mailers are not bulk or “junk” mail. Each and every piece is made out to the homeowners name and address and mailed with a stamp., We do not use a bulk rate permit number. This gives the impression that your Jobsite mailings are your own personalized program, not just another piece of anonymous mail
- Why not postcards? The unique look and format of our mailers generates up to twice the response of traditional postcards. There is room for a “personal message” and by asking the client to open the mailer, you are actively involving them in the event – increasing response rates.
How much does it cost?
For a base cost of only $115 you can assure that everyone in the neighborhood knows about your company's work. This $115 is per 100 mailings. There is a 100 piece minimum per jobsite address and 200 piece minimum per total order.
If your total order is 200 pieces or more and less than 500 pieces, then you have two options:
1. USPS standard mail, which can take anywhere from 5–20+ business days after it is
delivered to the Post Office to arrive in home, depending solely on the USPS.
2. First-Class postage premium of 14 cents each ($14 more per 100 mailings). In this
case your mailer will be delivered 1-3 days after it is delivered to the post office.
If your total order is 500 pieces or more, then we will automatically send your mailer first-class mail at no additional charge. It should arrive in homes 1-3 days after it is mailed.
Direct mail works best when done repeatedly. If you choose to re-mail an order to the same addresses, we will reduce your cost on the second order by 5 cents each. If you choose to send an order out to the same addresses a third time, the third mailing will be 10 cents less.
All mailings include customized contractor stationary, list procurement, laser personalized letter, folding, foil sticker and US postage.
